Bmw sells a very nice looking charger, the bmw i charging station, for $1,080 and as with all other chargers installation is extra. The bmw i3 sees no difference between plugless or it uses direct current instead of alternating current (ac). All you need is the charging card that's kept in the central armrest and the charging cable that's kept in the boot. This is even better idea!
